– Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika (optional)
– 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese (1 slice per burger – Brand: Dairyworks Natural Cheddar Cheese)
– Lettuce
– Seeded Brioche Buns (2 toasted buns with 1 seperate bottom bun slightly flattened & placed in the middle of each burger – Brand: Aldi)
– 24g Diced White Onion (12g diced onion per burger)
– Pickles (optional)
– 25g Sauce (per burger)

Sauce 👇🏼
– 20g Gherkin Relish
– 1 Tbsp Pickle Juice
– 15g Yellow Mustard
– 100g Light Mayonnaise or Fat Free Mayonnaise
– 1 Tsp White Vinegar
– 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
