1 teaspoon coconut flakes
raspberries w/ honey
sprinkle of granola

Lunch:
Warburtons protein bagel
Mattessons turkey rashers x 4
Hellmans low fat mayo
Beef tomato
Lettuce
Sprinkle cheese

Snack:
Grenade Carb Killa shake in fudge brownie

Dinner:
Heck chicken sausages x4
Baby potatoes (130g)
Tenderstem brocoli
