Ingredients :-

Oats – 1/2 cup
Gram flour (besan) – 3 tbsp
Chopped onion – 1 (medium size)
Chopped capsicum – 1/4 th cup
Chopped carrot – 1/4 th cup
Chopped tomato – 1 (small size)
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Water – 1/2 cup
Lal mirch – 1/4 th tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 th tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 th tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil

Process :-

First take a mixing bowl.
Add oats, besan, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped carrot, finely chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and water and mix everything well.
Then rest it for 10 – 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes mix.
Then add lal mirch, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin seeds and mix well.
Chilla batter is ready.
Heat a pan.
Add oil.
Then add oats batter and spread lightly.
Cook on low-medium flame until golden brown.
Now the healthy oats chilla is ready to serve.
