How to make salad with dressing | unique healthy salad recipe| shaadi wala salad |
Ingredients:
chicken – 125grams or as per your taste
cabbage- 1 bowl (julienne cut)
cucumber -1 bowl ( julienne cut)
carrots – 1 bowl (julienne cut)
tomatoes -1 bowl (julienne cut)
capsicum -1 bowl ( julienne cut)
onion – 1 bowl (julienne cut) (dip in the water to remove its bitterness and tap with a napkin to make it dry)
For Dressing:
salt – 1 tsp
sugar- 6 tsp / 3 tablespoon
ketchup – half cup or less than half cup
chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
black crushed pepper – 1.5 tsp
olive oil / any oil – 1/4 cup
(mix all ingredients well for smooth paste and add into the veggies n chicken)
