Healthy Applesauce Banana Bread w/ maple syrup – make this in under 10 Minutes

Banana Bread Recipe:

3 to 4 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp sea salt
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. cane sugar (you can use white, brown, if you like and 1/2 cup of total sugar if you aren’t using maple syrup)
1/4 c. Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 Cup Unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp cinnamon

Mash Bananas and throw everything else in and mix , coat pan with non stick spray , coconut oil or butter.

Bake in Pre-Heated over 350F for 45 min to 1 hour depends on your oven stick in tooth pick or knife and when it comes out clean it is done.
**If it starts browning too much put a sheet a tin foil on and finish baking.
