Ingredients:
For the mug cake:
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder I used @nutiva vegan chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cacao powder I used @navitasorganics
2 tbsp 0-calorie sweetener I used @goodgoodbrand stevia
1 tsp psyllium husk I used @rootalive
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Filling:
15 gr chocolate or chocolate chips I used @kissmyketo keto stevia sweetened dark chocolate
For the chocolate sauce
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp mashed fruit I used pumpkin puree
2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener I used @ansperformance keto maple syrup
1 tbsp milk or water
Instructions:
1. Make the mug cake by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until everything is combined
2. Place the filling in the middle of your batter, and microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Meanwhile make the chocolate sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined and set aside.
4. When your mug cake is cooked top with your chocolate sauce and enjoy!!!
