Simply Healthy PANDESAL with Moringa & Carrots – Malunggay & carrots
** INGREDIENTS :
1- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2- 1 Tbspn. Dried Yeast
3- 3 Tbspn. Brown Sugar
4- 3 Tbspn. Soft Butter
5- 1 tspn. Salt
6- 1/4 warm water
7- 2 pcs. Eggs
8- 1/2 cup fresh milk/Powder or Evaporated
9- 1 cup fresh Moringa Leaves
10- 1 cup fresh carrots
*** PROCEDURE ***
* First mix the flour, salt, dried Yeast, brown sugar, eggs and butter.
* Next pour the water and Milk.
* The last put the Moringa Leaves and carrots then Knead it for about a minute until mix well.
* Form the dough using rolling pin until flatten, roll it by your hands and slice it into slanting line.
* Leave the dough and cover a cloth to rest for about 30 mnt’s.
* Then ready to put in the Oven with 180 C.
* Cooking process will take about 20 to 25 mnt’s Until done.
