1.5 tbsp /20 ml White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp /10g honey
1 tsp /10g wholegrain mustard

250 g Whole Cooked Baby Beetroot or Tinned Whole Baby Beetroot diced
350 g Butternut Pumpkin cubed
1 tsp /10g honey
2 tbsp /30 ml extra virgin olive oil
20g Pepitas
200g Baby Spinach
200g Cucumber sliced

50g Danish Fetta Cheese
