What I eat in a day as a nutrition and dietetics student/future dietitian. Reminder: this is for inspiration, but not meant to copy because everyone’s body has different needs!

Breakfast: oatmeal made with water, a dash of cinnamon, maple syrup, and shredded coconut flakes and blueberries
Lunch: Trader Joe’s firey chicken meal (SO spicy) and carrots (not picture)
Snack: apple and @sevensundays protein cereal
Dinner: gluten free pasta with tomato sauce, diced onions and mushrooms, and Trader Joes precooked lentils
Snack: lots of blueberries, strawberries, and some @barbarasbakery peanut butter puffins

We don’t fear carbs around here. Carbohydrates are you brains preferred source of fuel!

I eaten a day as a future dietitian I started off with some oatmeal for breakfast and then for lunch I had one of these frozen meals from Trader Joe’s that was so spicy but so good and I had some of the seven Sundays protein cereal

With an apple for a snack for dinner I made this lentil sort of bowling type style meal and I finished with some fruit and some more cereal
