Everyone wants to look and feel beautiful inside and out. Here’s an interesting juice recipe you can try and see if it works! It is certainly working for me. I can start to see my skin improving, my pores are smaller, and I feel great! This new way of juicing and looking healthy and fit is a life changer for me! I am so glad I tried it. Now it’s your turn to feel great about your health and morning routine. Here is my own recipe of the bitter melon juice for you to follow. You’re welcome. 😉

Ingredients:
1 cored bitter melon
3 slices of pineapple
1/2 peeled lemon
1 sweet red apple
1 inch of ginger (I do not know a proper way to measure this, so I just look at the size of ginger and what seems like an inch for me.)

Oh, one last ingredients, make sure you have a buddy or a friend or a spouse to try it with you! It’s funny to see the looks on their faces, and don’t tell them what is in it. Tell them you put vodka in it. 😀

Instructions:
Just simply put in the juicer one piece at the time. Don’t rush, be patient, great things take time.
(The juicer still amazes me every time I see the pure juice being pressed right in front of my eyes. It’s magic!)

How I got this idea from:
It started with my aunt and uncle in Chicago. They have all kinds of organic vegetables in their home garden. Every day, they juice bitter melon and drink it as their morning drink to work. What a great substitute for coffee! Anything that tastes bitter, can be a substitute! Anyways, I really applaud them for drinking this stuff, because it’s so hard for me to swallow it. At first when they told me about their every day routine, I thought it was a really bad idea. But then I went to an Asian market one day in Boston Chinatown, I saw the fresh bitter melons looking at me, (No they do not have eyes, this is just a personification). So, I then grabbed two melons and thought about making salads with them. So one melon I had used for a salad which I will show you later how I make it (stay tuned for that! It will be another interesting recipe too). Anyhow, I saved one melon, and when my husband, Chhay surprised me with a juicer machine last week, I thought about my bitter melon sitting sadly in my fridge. Voila! And here we are! I honestly am so glad that I have tried it.

Benefits of bitter melon:
It helps immunity, reduces cholesterol, fights cancers, and is great for fitness lifestyle by reduces unwanted fat. Not to mention this juice makes my skin look radiant and glowing.

I love this recipe. It is bitter at first, but if you give it a try, it does wonders for your body! It kind of reminds me of vodka because of it’s bitterness. I know it’s not the same, but it helps me to like drinking this juice even more now. Cheers to health and pretty skin!

Also, if you’re reading all the way to this part, you will understand why there are some grammar mistakes in my writing, besides having English as my second language, I am also typing this at exactly 3:41AM. Good night now friends and family. See you on my next fun video. Chao.
