Here’s how I made this delicious alkaline vegan banana bread using spell flour Agave grape seed oil coconut milk and baby bananas starting off by adding 2 O of agave syrup which is optional 4 o of grape seed oil and 8 O of fresh coconut

Milk next add in 1 to 200 lb of approved bananas already mashed in shortly chunks next we’re going to mix until evenly smooth also feel free to use any approved flour milk or oil based on your preference let’s stop the mixer lift it up and as we can see it is evenly mixed

And there are some chunks in there now we’re going to add one lb of spell flour to the batter lock everything in place and mix on medium whichever number you mix on you will find that in the middle of the batter will mix quicker than the outer

So you would just want to use a spoon to help Rak the outer flour and I decided to add 2 oz more of coconut milk for moisture I didn’t like hard bread so if you prefer a bread a little dryer I’ve already did two recipes so just use 6 oz of coconut milk
