Brownies cake recipe, with dark chocolate, super LOW on sugar and flour, moist and rich in flavor and texture, topped with Brazilian nuts. The perfect sweet treat any time of the day, that is so easy to make.
The ingredients of our recipe:
250 gr of dark chocolate
125 gr of butter
3 eggs
30 ml of Whiskey / liquor
100 gr of flour
50 gr of brown sugar
50 gr of nuts (Brazilian nuts)
In a Bain-Marie, we melt the chocolate with the butter, till they are well fused, then set aside to slightly cool down.
In a bowl, we beat the eggs with the sugar, then we add the liquor. We add the flour and mix well, then add the cooled melted chocolate, mix well and poor onto a well buttered/sugared baking try, place the buts, as desired, then into a preheated oven we bake at 185 C for 25 minutes.
