High Protein Paneer Sub Sandwich 🥪 ✨
For Vegan option you can replace Paneer by Tofu!!
Easy to make, PACKED with protein and flavour. Done in 10 minutes!
ngredients:
• 100g Paneer
• Lettuce
• Coriander
• Olives
• Capsicum
• Seasonings: Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper
• Sauces: Mustard Sauce, Barbeque Sauce, Mayonnaise, Chilli Sauce
• 1 Cheese Slice (Optional)
• 1 6-inch Sub Roll
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chopping Board: Place paneer, lettuce, coriander, and olives on a large chopping board.
2. Add Seasonings: Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables.
3. Add Sauces: Drizzle mustard sauce, barbeque sauce, mayonnaise, and chilli sauce over the ingredients on the chopping board.
4. Chop and Mix: Using a sharp knife, finely chop all the ingredients together on the chopping board until they are well mixed and finely chopped.
5. Assemble the Sub: Open the sub roll and fill it with the chopped mixture. Add a cheese slice on top.
6. Serve: The chopped Subway sandwich is now ready to enjoy. Optionally, you can heat the sandwich in an oven if you prefer it warm.
