Can of wild sardines I added a little bit of hot sauce to them then I had one hamburger with 3/4 of an ounz of cheddar cheese and some salt and pepper one of these extreme cheddar sausages and then I had a prime protein strawberry shake that’s made with beef isolate protein it

Is so good so you can see breakfast is 150 calories and then lunch was that egg Meal which was kind of a big meal it was 623 calories and then my dinner Takes the Cake for the largest meal I’ve had yet since I started counting my calories

At 979 calories and you can see here that I just about hit all of my macros and calories
