Serve: 3,4 persons
👩🏻‍🍳 ingredients:
1:2 kilo filet fish
2:6 beetroot “boiled,cold”
3:2 avocado 🥑
4:1cup rocket
5:quinoa”soak in hot water for 30 min”
6:1 lemon 🍋
7:quarter cup “walnuts”
8:1tsp salt
😌method:
1: put the rocket in a deep bowl,cut the beetroot and avocado 🥑 in a small pieces.
2:add the soaked quinoa and the walnuts.
3:squeeze the lemon ,and sprinkle half tsp salt, mix them all together gently. 😊
4:in a cook pan “non-stick”grilled the fish between 10 to 15 min “turn them on each sides every 3 min”.
*u can put 2tbs vegetable oil if u like , but I try as much I can to lower the calories. 😉😉😉
5:in a serve plate put the beetroot salad on side and on the other side put the grilled fish.
6: final touches ☺️put 2 pieces of lime and same parsley 🥰.
