In this video I will be showing you how to make Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls rich is taste and flavor. Find the ingredients below and do watch till the end, Comment and please share.

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tspn yeast
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
– 1/2 cup warm water

Mix the above ingredients and set aside to proof for 10mins

– 3 cups Whole wheat flour
– 1 tspn salt
– 1/2 tspn nutmeg

Mix these together

After 10mins of proofing your yeast, add
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1/2 tspn pineapple flavor

Pour dry ingredients onto wet ingredients
Mix with yeast and later on start kneading.

Whole wheat flour is dry and dense. Add
– 1/2 cup warm water

Knead well for about 10minutes

Set aside to rise for 45 mins

Once done, cut to desired balls

let it rise for 45 more minutes

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes

Take out brush with butter for a nice shine

Bake for 5 to 10mins for a golden brown finish.

Enjoy with yummy spread of your choice.
