Baked oats recipe
Oats – 3 cup
Milk -1 cup
Banana- 2
Protein Powder – your protein requirement (I have added 2 scoops of vanilla protein)
Cacao powder- 1 tbsp
Berries- Your choice
Baking soda- 1 spoon
Mix all the ingredients and preheat the oven at 170° for 15 Mins
Bake at 170° for 17-18 mins
P.S -It is not a cake so it will not have a shape it is going to come out with the same consistency as shown in the video!!
