hey guys welcome back to my channel I’m Mayra from 
low carb love now most of you know I’ve lost over  
100 lbs so today I want to do a what I eat in a 
day no cooking addition but still keeping it low  
carb okay now I’m going to head out but before I 
leave I still want to get my protein in I really  
really try to focus on protein it’s what keeps 
me feeling the best and more satiated and then it  
also keeps me from snacking so much so uh again 
I am in a bit of a rush but I felt like it was  
be just a good video to film so I’m going 
to kind of place you on here I’m going to  
do a really quick high protein cereal so I don’t 
know if you know about magic spoon magic spoon  
so so bomb I love it um their blueberry is 
Phenom they have like all the flavors kind  
of like just think of every flavor of cereal 
you had growing up they make it but it’s low  
carb and high protein so um I’m going to open 
this little guy up it’s the cinnamon roll this  
has zero sugars it has four net carbs 12 12 g of 
protein isn’t that crazy like a delicious cereal  
nice and crunchy 12 g of protein 140 calories 
per cup anyway we’re going to open this little  
guy up and I’m just going to have this I mean 
it’s super quick it’s just like a really quick  
meal but I don’t know if you’re like a cereal 
person I definitely am I grew up eating cereal  
I love it for breakfast sometimes for dinner and 
even just like a snack I’m Legit like a cereal  
cereal person so if you are two and you want a 
cereal that’s like nutritious is high in protein  
and still really delicious this one here from

a little unsweetened almond milk it really just 
depends on my mood sometimes I will add like a  
little bit of sweetener I’ll add um even like 
a little dash of maple syrup like just depends  
on how low carb you’re trying to stay literally

just how yummy it looks and then the crunch is
everything I’m going to finish my cereal get a 
little bit of protein now go run some errands

lunch all right guys so we made it to Buffalo 
Wild Wings okay show you what the team is  
having Tim is having a little black bean burger 
with some guac I have some Asian zinc Flats all  
Flats little veggies and some french fries 
and then uh valy Val has all wings with um  
all veggies and celery and then I have all 
drums extra crispy with celery and carrots  
and then instead of the french fries I got 
a nice little salad so we are here we are  
about to enjoy this I know people love Wing Stop 
but there’s just something about Buffalo W Wing  
you know which is something about Buffalo Wild 
Wings that has my heart Guys these right here

everything all right guys so I just got back from 
picking up some food ran errands okay so I have a  
little tamari here which is like soy sauce in 
case you didn’t know that I just Tred to stay  
away from gluten soy sauce really messes me up 
I got a little spicy wrap without the rice right  
to keep it low carb we’re going to give it a try 
I’ve never tried um the sushi from my local store  
but my daughter loves it so oo look at this dinner 
cuz lunch you already know those wings they were  
a little heavy actually ended up having I didn’t 
show you um how many I had I ended up having four  
four I got really full sparkling water I don’t 
know what it is about sparkling water so good
though a no come on that’s 
going to be so salty cheers
H it’s actually really good for store store-bought 
Sushi what this actually tastes better than some  
sushi that I’ve had at restaurants I’m going 
to say Ral has really good sushi I wanted to  
actually mention just in case you don’t have a 
local rales or somewhere where you can pick up  
like a low carb like sushi um other things that I 
do when I’m on the go I always try to go for like  
a protein style burger you know get a little 
side salad instead of fries um you know egg  
salad chicken salad tuna salad all those things 
are so easy you can even um make like the little  
Emily moo um Sushi bowl and I know this sounds 
really like crazy and you’re like ew Maro but  
you can use I’m telling you you can use canned 
salmon mix it with the sriracha and the Mayo and  
I’m telling you it still hits like it is still 
really good just make sure you have a little bit  
of seaweed with it cuz obviously you need that for 
the little takito um but there are so many options  
I think at the end of the day just make sure you 
are sticking to some High Protein healthy fats  
it’s going to keep you satiated keep you full 
um at the end of the day I think the main thing  
is just staying away from snacking on processed 
junk so as long as you’re doing that and at least  
consciously trying to do that day you know every 
day you’re already in a better place than most  
people so anyway I’m going to um I’ll probably end 
up cuz I wasn’t too too filling so in a little bit  
when I actually get a little hungry I’ll probably 
make my little yogurt parfait and um show you how  
I make that it’s so delicious it’s like dessert 
I’m telling you all right guys so I thought I  
was going to wait a lot later to have my 
dessert but my dinner was a little light  
you have to admit so I’m going to have this 
little guy that has 20 g of protein okay it’s  
a little OES guy I have some blueberries in 
here and then I have a low carb granola okay
at that cuz you got to have that crunch you know 
if you want it to be like parfait Vibes you got to  
have that Crunch and then if you really want to 
go overboard you can add condensed milk you can  
add honey you can add whatever you want but 
this yogurt actually is pretty sweet let me  
see it says oh Stevia okay so it’s sweetened with 
stevia we love that we love that for us but this  
right here literally is a nourishing little snack 
and it’s full of protein loaded with protein so
cheers I love that something that’s actually 
healthy for you tastes so delicious I think  
when it comes to like desserts you can really 
make some delicious desserts I have a lot of  
have a lot of recipes here on the channel that 
are phenomenal and you know you don’t have to  
go off plan so I know most most days I’m going to 
tell you most days I eat really really clean try  
to get my protein smoothie I try to make sure I 
get a really good amount of protein um make sure  
that I don’t snack too much like I try you know 
on a daily basis and then some days my days just  
really look like today where I’m like I’m going 
I’m on the go I’m out and about I grab something  
to eat then I come home and I’m like bro I am 
tired like the last thing I’m trying to do right  
now is cook I guess the one thing I want you to 
take away from this video is just that it really  
doesn’t have to be that hard you know you just 
have to learn like you you know you just have to  
do your research whether it’s just being low carb 
or you’re actually trying to lose weight whatever  
the case is so that you know for yourself like you 
also not all foods are great for everyone like you  
also have to you know you have to try different 
foods and see how they how they work with your  
body I I mean for me personally I’ve done that 
for years now and there’s certain things that  
no matter how much I love I just cannot eat them 
you know I come up with little I mean obviously  
it’s not like this is something so spectacular 
like wow right but it’s so delicious and once  
you know that you have this in like it’s just one 
of the recipes that you can put together it just  
makes life easier you know what I mean anyway if
