so we have the seizure salad the base is Roma lettuce with the dressing that I made I topped it with the chicken and then some walnuts so it’s pretty low carb as you can see it’s mainly fats and protein that’s cuz I’m still quite full from The Bagel that I had before the gym and I’ll be having a shake later I’ll make it in a bit so that will be more carb heavy I guess so this is just quickly some protein to replenish my muscles after the gym so cheers I have a few life hacks when it comes to vegetables and salads
