YUM! Pistachio overnight oats recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup plain natur yogurt (70 ml )
1 Tablespoon pistachio paste/butter
1 Tablespoon honey( sweetener of your choice)
1/2 cup oat milk-120 ml ( milk of your choice)
mix well
store in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
Toppings:
Layer 1
2 Tablespoon Plain natur yogurt
1 Tablespoon pistachio paste/butter
Layer 2:
Pistachio nuts
Procedure:
1.In bowl place all the ingredients mix until combined.
2.Cover and store in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
3.For the toppings mix the yogurt to the pistachio paste until smooth.
4.Chopped the pistachio nuts.
5.Layer the soak overnight oats in glass/jar and the toppings.
