Recipe:
140 grams or 1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup of fat free milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. strawberry extract
Then put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until thicken. Now you have you yummy, delicious healthy strawberry smoothie.
