today I’m taking meatball subs to a healthy level placing frozen turkey meatballs in my Dutch oven adding a low sugar marinara sauce just cover and simmer or if you’re pressed for time microwave for the bun I use a 100 calorie sub bread add four meatballs onion a little parmesan cheese and some extra sauce I’m adding homemade colel as a healthy size 30 g of protein here and good for the whole family
