Mango overnight oats | High Protein

Ingredients:
160g rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
300 ml oat milk ( milk of your choice )
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey ( sweetener of your choice )

mix well and keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Topping.
Mango ( any fruits of your choice )
coconut flakes
salted caramel-optional

Enjoy!

Procedure:
1.In bowl or container pour all the ingredients and give a good mix.Let it soak for 2 hours the best is overnight.

2.I used mango for the bottom layer.You can use any other fruits you like.Chop the mango into square / cube size.

3.Layer the mango ,Follow the overnight oats in a middle at last the mango layer at the top then sprinkle some coconut flakes – chips and some salted caramel as optional.
