Happy Friday everyone. The last Friday before Christmas! Wow this year has freaking flown by. I have thrown out a ton of really cool recipes this year, but let’s be honest most of them haven’t been the most healthy recipes. So I figured I would through out at least one recipe you can make for the family and feel good since you made something healthy for them. So go ahead guys give this one a try I know you will love it! Salsa:
2 Mangoes, Diced
1 Avocado, Diced
1/4 Cup Cilantro, Diced
1/4 Cup Red Onion, Diced
1 Jalapeño, Seeded and Diced
1 tsp. Honey
1 Lime, Juiced
Salt
Salmon:
2 lb. Salmon
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
salt
