the basic challenge that I felt in terms of Fitness is food but with food it’s very different because you have taste buds if I have to put it in a better way it’s about how the food is prepared so right now I’m in a stage where I eat the last 2 and 1/2 months I would have eaten something which is slightly fried maybe thce and that’s all slightly fried slightly fried nothing deep fried to Chance in here shallow fry no Masala salt and pepper lime that’s how that’s how I eat I’m not a big fanatic on taste I can eat the same for the next 6 months three times a day I have no issues
