artichoke dip is to use Kale instead of spinach it has hundreds of times less oxalates than spinach and because too much Ro kale can interfere with thyroid function I lightly cooked mine nothing went to waste I even used the stems then added Grand mustard to bring back the anti-cancer nutrient that can be destroyed in cooking I used cashews and white beans for creaminess but you can make this nut free plus there’s caned artichoke heart nutritional yeast for B12 protein and a Cheesy flavor texture is like cream cheese and perfect for a high protein breakfast Savory breakfast pack with protein and fiber can leave you feeling satisfied for hours so much healthier than cream cheese
