850g or 3 3/4 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
224g or 1 Cups Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used @legion – code nickkaz saves 20%)
36g or 3tbsp Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g or 1tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla or Cheesecake Pudding Mix
