A wholesome mix of ragi dough filled with vibrant veggies, steamed to perfection. Perfectly healthy and delicious! 🥟🌿

Ingredients:
1 cup ragi
1/2 cup water (to knead the dough)
1 tsp oil

Filling:
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup carrots
1/2 cup tricolour bell pepper
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp schezwan sauce
4 garlic clove
Salt as per taste
4 tbsp water to cook

Method: First boil the water, add ragi flour, cover and keep 5 minutes.
Then add salt and mix , add oil and knead the dough.
Keep it aside.
To make filling: in a pan add oil sauté all the above ingredients, add little water and cook. Keep it aside.
Using parchment paper roll the dough
This makes the dumpling later thin. Fill the veggies.
Do not tough the dough, it may stick to your hand, using parchment paper, seal the dumpling. (like shown in the video)
Steam 10 minutes. Enjoy with chutney.
