Greek Yogurt based & #highprotein – if you’re going to try any of my #recipes … this is the ONE.
Make it with 100% Greek yogurt OR you can do a 75:25 Greek yogurt to mayo ratio as I do.

#recipe
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Mayo (optional, can substitute Greek yogurt)
2-3 Garlic cloves
3-5 anchovies, packed in oil
1-2 tsp Tabasco
1-2 tsp Worcestershire
1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp capers *optional*
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Splash extra virgin olive oil
Salt & fresh cracked pepper
Instructions:
Mash garlic & anchovies & salt into a paste.
I use a mortar and pestle to do this but if you don’t have one just mince as well as you can.
Combine all ingredients together. Adjust seasoning/flavours to your taste.
Ex) if you like spice feel free to add more tabasco. Like a garlicky ceaser salad? Add more garlic.
*if you want a softer garlic flavour try poaching your garlic in oil first…
