– I’ve been recommending this to absolutely everyone
– You can’t make better protein ice cream without it (I’ve tried)
– Allows you to make extremely low calorie pints of protein ice cream
– Extremely filling and delicious
– …. Can also make frozen margaritas 😏
🥄 @chobaniau Protein Greek Yoghurt Pouches
– Easy on the go lean protein
– Can help keep you satiated as it’s a ‘heavier’ yoghurt that kind of just sits in your stomach
– You get used to the taste
– Would recommend keeping an eye out on them whenever doing groceries as they go on special really often. That’s when I would bulk buy xo
🎃 Pumpkin
– Super low carb source with only around 7g of carbs per 100g
– Lower carb than potatoes
– Super filling and great for increasing volume for food to keep you full
