Day 4:Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap
Ingredients:
• 1 whole wheat tortilla
• Some grilled chicken thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon of avocado, mashed
• 1/2 cup fresh spinach
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots
• 1 tablespoon of hummus
Instructions:
1. Spread the hummus and mashed avocado evenly over the tortilla.
2. Layer the spinach, shredded carrots, and sliced grilled chicken on top.
3. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
4. Slice in half if desired and enjoy immediately!
