How to make broken wheat cutlet||daliya cutlet recipe|healthy snacks|tea time snack|dalia fritters
preparation time 10 minutes
cooking time 15 minutes
wash and soak broken wheat 100 gram for 5 minutes
take 2tbs gram flour,boiled mashed potatoes, chopped tomatoes,capsicum,onions,garlic, sliced carrots,1/2 tsp celery,1tsp cumin powder,1tsp salt,1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp chilli powder,add soaked dalia,(broken wheat)
mix well make patty shapes to all by using fingers.
flame a pan pour 2 tbs oil put all the patty to fry,
fry only two parts dont stir,cook in low flame
our healthy cutlet s are ready to serve.
