This chickpea veggie soup will either help to lose or gain weight depending on amount you eat.
Here how it is made!
INGREDIENTS:
300gr Chickpeas
1 Potato
1 Onion
1 Garlic
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Chili Pepper
1 Carrot
5 Tomatoes
Spices
A bunch of greens
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Lemon
1.5 litres of water
Preperation:
Wash chickpeas and soak overnight
Chop the veggies into little pieces
Boil the chickpeas 20 minutes in medium heat
Dry out the boiled chickpeas
Add all the vegetables evenly to the pot
Pour the water, preferably drinkable water in room temperature
Add oil and season with spices
Squeeze fresh lemon juice or high quality vinegar
Cook 30 minutes in medium heat
Blend boiled soup until smoothie texture reached
Leave 20 minutes in room temperature.
