In this youtube video i have shown how to make poha . It’s the best full proof poha recipe and very quick to make. You can also make Kanda poha if you follow the recipe step by step
Recipe in written
1-Wash 2 cups of poha
2- In a pan or kadai put 4 TBSP refined or mustard oil
3- Add pinch of Hing and fry 1/4 cup peanuts for 3 to 4 minutes
4- Take out the peanuts and add 1 TBSP mustard seeds or rai and curry leaves in the same oil and let them splutter, after that add 1 finely chopped potato and fry for 3-4 minutes
5- Add 1 chopped onion and two green chilies, after that add 1/4 TSP turmeric powder and 1/4 TSP Red chili powder
6- Add poha ,salt asper taste and 1/2 TSP sugar
7- Cover it with some lid and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame
Its done , squeeze half lemon juice and garnish with toasted peanuts, coriander leaves and some pomegranate seeds
