INGREDIENTS:

1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
spring onions
1 capsicum
8-10 beans
3 tbsp maida
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp ginger garlic
Salt
Pepper
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilly sauce/paste
Oil for frying
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger chopped
onion cubes
capsicum cubes
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1-2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
