Watergate Salad is a very simple and easy recipe. No cooking. Holiday special desert with only few ingredients. You can make it on weekends or serve as a dessert on a party day. Please keep watching this video till the end how I make it. Hope you will like this recipe.Thanks for watching.

Pistachio pudding mix – (jello) – 1/2 packet (about 1/3 cup)
Crushed pineapple – 3 tbsp
Cool whip – 4 tbsp (about 1/3 cup)
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Roasted pecans – 2 tbsp (about 1/4 cup)
Mini marshmallows – 1/3 cup
Pistachio extract – 1 drop
Green food color – 2 drops
