Let’s make a different style salad today that is unique,simple and classic potato salad.Yes,I am making German potato salad,that combines potatoes along with few healthy vegetables like cucumber and onions with tangy homemade dressing.It results into a satisfying salad ,a side dish or an appitizer.
I made this salad using potatoes,pickled cucumbers,onion and fresh herbs like corriander and green onion shoots.
Boiled eggs are optional.Potoes are boiled first,dressed in a mayo and yogurt dressing,complimented with pickled cucumbers and crunchy onions dipped in vinegar water.
