Eating (this) pizza will help you shed inches and feel full while your weight is dropping. 💃

The Crust:
– 10 oz cooked chicken
– 1 egg
– 1 egg white
– 1 oz Parmesan
– pizza spice (optional)

Blend all together (I use a food processor). Make one big crust or a bunch of small ones.

Grease parchment paper, put dough on parchment. Put second piece of greased parchment on top. Roll out dough until it’s as thin as you want it. I like it thin.

Bake at 500 for 7-10 min

Remove add toppings and pop back in oven for another 7-10 min.

My toppings, per pizza:
– 2 tbsp sauce
– 1 oz park skim, mozzarella
– 5 slices Turkey pepperoni
