Ingredients
For the Rice
* Rice 1 cup
* Mix veggies 3/4 cup
* Garlic 1 tbsp
* Onions 1/2 Cup
* Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
* Salt 1 tsp
* Olive oil 1 tbsp

Saute veggies, garlic in some olive oil, Once the veggies are halfway cooked, add rice salt and chilli flakes . Mix well

For the Broccoli sauce
* Blanched broccoli 3/4 cup
* Coriander 1/4 cup
* Paneer 1/2 cup
* Garlic 2 tsp
* Salt 1/2 tsp
* Cheese 1/4 cup
* Water or milk 1/4 cup
* Green chillies 2 tsp

Blend everything to a smooth sauce .

For the Sauté Broccoli and Paneer
* Blanched Broccoli 3/4 cup
* Cottage Cheese 3/4 cup
* Garlic 1 tbsp
* Olive oil 1 tbsp
* Italian Seasoning 1 tbsp

Sauté everything in some olive oil, till nice and cooked .
