Ingredients:
3 cups poha (flattened rice)
2 cups suji (semolina)
1 cup curd
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
½ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for frying
(Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes & ½ tsp oregano for extra flavor)
🔥 Method:
1️⃣ Soak poha in little water for 5 minutes. Drain and mash it.
2️⃣ Mix suji, curd, and mashed poha with water to make a thick batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Add green chilies, coriander, spices, salt, and baking soda. Mix well. (Add chili flakes & oregano if using.)
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of batter. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or ketchup!
