I loveeee @gordongram for his style and just the way he makes his videos. Straight to the point, no nonsense.
And when I was scrolling through YouTube a while ago, I saw his chilli beef lettuce cups and it looked MADDDDD.
so naturally I had to make a vegetarian version of it and it look me 20 mins. That’s it.

Recipe –
Heat 2 tsp sesame oil, sauté 2-3 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 de seeded red chillies for 2 mins. Add 225g paneer, 2-3 tsp dark soy sauce, zest of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp vegan fish sauce (optional) , 1 tsp sugar, salt.
Cook for 3-4 mins.
Add 3 tbsp spring onion greens.

For the dip-
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Chillies if needed
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp grated garlic
Coriander leaves

Get lettuce of your choice – I like butterhead lettuce for this one. Place the filling in the centre of the lettuce, drizzle the dip and enjoyyyyy.
