Here is the recipe: (For substitutes leave a comment)

– soaked buckwheat- 300g dry weight
– water- 150g
– salt- 1/2tsp
– psyllium husks- 18g
– seeds of choice- 40g optional
– baking soda- 1/2tsp
– apple cider vinegar- 1tbsp

process buckwheat and water to a batter. Add the rest ingredients and mix until the battery turns into a dough. Give the dough a rest for 10-15 min. Bake for 50 min at 200°C.
