In Episode 9 of Healthy Morning, Happy Feelings, we’re making a quick and tasty Beetroot Paneer Sandwich – perfect for breakfast or lunchbox!
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp Carrot (grated)
• 2-3 tbsp Bell Peppers (any color, chopped)
• 1 tbsp Beetroot (grated)
• ½ cup Paneer (grated or crumbled)
• ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
• Green Chutney
• 2 Whole Wheat Bread Slices
Method:
Mix all the veggies and paneer with herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread green chutney on bread, add the filling, and toast it on a tawa or sandwich maker. That’s it — your healthy, protein-packed sandwich is ready!
