• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp chaat masala or oregano
• 4-6 bread slices (brown or white)
• Butter (optional, for grilling/toasting)

🔥 Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add hung curd.
2. Mix chopped onion, capsicum, grated carrot, and coriander leaves.
3. Add salt, pepper, and chaat masala or oregano. Mix well.
4. Take bread slices, spread the curd mixture evenly.
5. Cover with another bread slice.
6. Toast or grill on a tawa or sandwich maker with a little butter.
7. Cut and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. 🌿
