Creamy Broccoli Paneer Bowl

📝 Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli (chopped)
½ cup paneer (cubed)
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup boiled corn
½ chopped capsicum
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Water (as needed)
👩‍🍳 Recipe:
In a pan, boil water, add chopped broccoli and a pinch of salt. Cook until broccoli is soft.
Blend boiled broccoli, paneer, garlic, and a little water into a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped capsicum and boiled corn. Sauté with salt for 2–3 minutes.
Add the blended broccoli-paneer paste. Stir well.
Season with oregano and chilli flakes.
Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Serve hot with rice or as is — a quick, comforting, and nutritious meal!
