Ingredients :
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 garlic
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 cup green beans, chopped
1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
1/2 cup corn
Handful spinach, blanched
1/2 cup boiled green peas, chopped
2 medium potato, boiled & grated
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
Handful walnuts, crushed
3-4 tbsp Rice Flour
1/4 cup Oats flour
Oil, to pan fry Instructions :
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, green chillies and cook for a few seconds. Add in beans, capsicum, corn,spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once it cools down, add everything in a blender with blanched spinach, boiled green peas and blend into a coarse paste.
Add in a bowl along with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into tikkis, add a walnut on top and pan fry from golden brown.
