Ingredients per 4 servings:
– 1.5lbs broccoli
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
– 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
How to make it yourself:
1. Rip off pieces of your broccoli
2. In a pot of boiling water, add your broccoli for 1-2 minutes then immediately remove and transfer to a bowl of cold water
3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds and add in your cooked broccoli. Mix well and store in an airtight container ti enjoy later!
