Chicken:
⢠1700g (60oz) chicken breast
⢠2 tbsp garlic salt
⢠2 tbsp Italian seasoning
⢠1 tbsp onion powder
⢠1 tbsp smoked paprika
⢠2 tbsp black pepper
Pasta:
⢠565g (20oz) dry high-protein pasta
⢠20g fresh parsley
Alfredo Sauce:
⢠845g (3¾ cups) 0% fat cottage cheese
⢠100g shredded parmesan
⢠3 garlic cloves (20g)
⢠1 tbsp garlic salt
⢠1 tbsp black pepper
⢠180g (¾ cup) fat-free milk
šØš»āš³ Instructions:
Blend all Alfredo sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy (not too runny).
Pound chicken breasts flat, season thoroughly.
Cook in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.
Boil and drain pasta, then coat with Alfredo sauce.
Portion into 10 meal prep containers: pasta first, sliced chicken on top, garnish with parsley.
Freeze and reheat easily: add water, cover with a damp paper towel, microwave 5ā6 min.
