• 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp black pepper

Pasta:
• 565g (20oz) dry high-protein pasta
• 20g fresh parsley

Alfredo Sauce:
• 845g (3¾ cups) 0% fat cottage cheese
• 100g shredded parmesan
• 3 garlic cloves (20g)
• 1 tbsp garlic salt
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 180g (¾ cup) fat-free milk

Blend all Alfredo sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy (not too runny).

Pound chicken breasts flat, season thoroughly.

Cook in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.

Portion into 10 meal prep containers: pasta first, sliced chicken on top, garnish with parsley.
