LOW CALORIE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE:
Ingredients
•1cup of cashew milk-25 calories
(any milk works, cashew is just the lowest calorie one I could find)
•1Tbsp Cocoa/Cacao Powder -10/20 calories
(cocoa is lower cal, cacao is a superfood)
•Stevia to taste
•A tiny pinch of Cayenne pepper
(Trust me)

Method
Put the powders in your cup first, then pour the milk on top and stir WELL. Then, place the cup in the microwave and heat it up for at least a minute or until as hot as you like it, stopping to stir it every minute. Then take it out and Enjoy ❤️❤️😘😘
