🌾 Ingredients:

Rice – ½ cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Water – as needed
Turmeric – ⅛ tsp
Salt – to taste
Palak (Spinach) – 1 bunch
Coriander – ¼ cup
Green chilli – 1
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

🔥 Tadka 1:

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Jeera – ½ tsp
Hing – pinch
Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Onion – 1 small
Tomato – 1
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp

🌶️ Tadka 2 (for garnish):

Ghee
Hing – pinch
Garlic (chopped)
Whole red chilli – 1
Red chilli powder – a pinch
